That's a good question! When you, and others were born the sun was in Virgo, and Virgo has certain characteristics that colors the sign (same thing goes for Aries, Taurus, etc). However, no two Virgos will be completely alike because each individual will have a different chart with different aspects. Does that make a bit more sense?

We don't usually put Libras and Virgos together because they have different elements (you're air, he's earth). However, that doesn't mean that they won't get along or have chemistry. Librans often like folks that brood a little bit, so it's not unusual. Without the birth chart, it's hard to say, but one thing you'll have to watch out for is pickiness- Virgo's are legendary for their fastidious nature! Hello there.

My fiancee and I get along quite well. It was like a instant connect between us. He's a Libra; I'm a Virgo. I noticed that one the list of compatibility... that Libras weren't on it. I was wondering if he has some traits compatible with my own, so I know maybe what to expect, and so I don't get hurt or in emotional stress later on. I hope my question makes sence. Haha.

Great question! No, there shouldn't be any difference between gay and straight; it all has to do with the chart and how your personal birth chart interacts with another.

Virgo gets along best with other earth signs (Taurus and Cap) and water signs (Scorpio, Cancer and Pisces). Keep in mind though that it has a lot to do with your rising and moon signs. If you'd like us to take a look at your chart, please write back with your:

Hi Khizer,

To go more in-depth, I would need you to tell me your place of birth as well as your time of birth (if you don't know your time of birth, that fine, but I need to know your place of birth for sure).

Anyway, anyone of those careers would be a great match for a Virgo. I don't know your specific chart, so I'm hard pressed to say if being a diplomat or a politician would be a natural match (if you had some Libra/Leo in your chart, it would make sense).

As for being a civil servant, that seems to go very well with Virgo's (the attention to detail, etc).

hello, my date of birth is 1 september 1986. so i am a virgo. i agree with it that virgo people are shy,nave,very strong decision maker, having analytical approach to any problem for solution. they also try to solve the problems of others in their family members or friends. tell me via mail that if virgo want to be a leader, a bureaucrate especially a diplomate and a poliitician. in these three fields to how much extent they will fit for.

since i want to be either a civil servant as a diplomate or a politician. being a virgo to what extent i will be fit for these departments.

i like bright colors my favorite is hot pink and i dont think before i act or open my mouth i am a hard worker they should put virgo girls like bright colors and are wild and virgo guys think to much and can never decide on anything.and i am a accountant and i love this job so thats one thing that put me with the normal virgos

I feel that everytime i read about virgo it doesnt describe me as i actually am, like for example favourite colours, i love bright colours, my favourite colour is hot pink, and that about not liking anything spontaneous, is so not true for me, i was born on the 27th august so im definetly a virgo, but i nothing like the person they describe

How devastating for you! I'm sorry this has happened; it does usually take Virgo's a while to open up; that must have been hard for you.

Cancers are very fickle with their emotions. Not when it comes to love, but they get insulted very easily. This is a true story: I once dated a Cancer, things were going great and then, out of the blue, for one month he stopped talking to me. Just like that! Anyway, it turns out that he thought I was flirting with a friend, when in fact I was just being friendly.

The point here? It could easily be something like that. Here's what you should do:

Talk to him. Ask him if you've done anything to offend him. Tell him it doesnâ€™t matter if it was big or small, he can share it with you.
Assure him that you adore him, love him, etc.

i have gone out with a cancerian.I didn't like him that much in the beginning it took me time to like him alot. He longed to hear me say how much i liked him. I usually take time to know someone rather than rush things.He tends to fall in love quickly or i don't know whether its a game or not. I opened up to him, which took me time. Eventually it seems like he has given me the cold shoulder and i feel very hurt about it. Are you the Virgo in this relationship, or is he? Since you're having problems communicating with him, try to remember that he is your boyfriend already, so he must really like you! Sometimes, feeling shy has to do with whether or not the person likes you or how they see you. I think it's safe to say that he must see you in a pretty good light already.

The best way to deal with this problem, at least in the beginning, is to ask a lot of questions. That way, you won't feel the pressure of having to say anything brilliant and witty, and he'll think that you're really into him. This would be a win-win solution! What sign are you? That would tell us more. The best thing you can do for Virgo is to let them be of service. They can be extremely picky, so if and when they criticize you, try to take it in stride. For example, you may have been wearing a certain kind of sneakers for years, and then they'll surprise you with a new pair that they think is better!
