i dont not agree with the oppisite sex thing. im as chick im also a libra and most of all im a lesbian. so . . . not all libras are attracted to the oppisite sex. my partner is even a libra.

Well, Aries can be very agressive and it can certainly seem scary to stand up to one. The best thing you can do is to tell her (gently) if she could please try seeing things from another point of view. Don't yell or anything like that because she'll only get more agressive. Hi Miyah,

First, you are certainly a Libra if that is where your sun sign falls. Next, try not to worry so much. Conflict within families is normal. The best thing you can do is try to stay calm in the face of drama (and try, even though it's hard, not to cause any of the drama yourself). When conflict does arise (which it always will), remain calm and try to talk things through. If that doesn't work, or the person is unwilling to work with you, try to let it be and agree to disagree. I'm so sorry that things are difficult right now, but give it a little time and it may get better. Thank you for sharing your story with us here!

my sis and mom and win brohers are scorpios we dont get along much especially me and my sis we hate each other and argue about evrything even simple stuff like whether i should be able to use a pencil of hers! it says here that i dont like conflict and i dont but it also says im the peacemaker of the family but really a lot of my family gets iritated and annoyed by me im evryones worst sister it saddens me and i wanna try to be nice to them so i wont have that title anymore but i think its too late to change so i end up giving up. I always want the approval of others and tend to care about friends mre than family because my family has to love me no matter wat -at least thats what i think- and friends dont and it upsets my family a lot me and my family dont get along very much at all besides my leo sister. and the whole peace thing for libras really doesnt describe me becuz i like too see drama unfold even though i hate to be in it unless of course its with my scorpio family memebers.there are 4 scorpios 1 gemini and 2 leos i dont get along with them good. i read all of these sites to see if im like the libras they describe and i dont think am in fact my sis says she read libras are self centered -me-mean-what my family thinks of me-and has to be the best in order to be happy-me! sumtimes i doubt im a real libra wth sayong all of this what do you think?

Hi Hannah,

I'm so sorry that you are having difficulties with your Mom, but that can be a normal part of the growing up process. That said, Scorpios can be pretty unwilling to bend, so you may have to tell her repeatedly (in a calm voice of course, that this is the style you are comfortable with. Tell her that you are still learning about life (which you love) and that some day, when youâ€™re older, you may come around to seeing her side of the story. Those are great questions! First, let's tackle Scorpio and Libra. In astrology, many times you'll find a great connection with signs that sit "next" to each other. This is because signs that sit next to each other "make up for" what the other sign "lacks". With Libra and Scorpio, Scorpio can teach Libra to be a bit more discerning and Libra can teach Scorpio show their appreciation of beauty. This element of "teaching" one another can sometimes lead to attraction, or a really good friendship.

Now for the rising signs. Always give more "weight" to the sun sign. This is because the sun sign tells you who an individual is at their very core. The rising sign is important because it shows how you appear to the world, as well as how you take in information. In other words, if the sun sign is the church, then the rising sign is the stain glass window from which we look out of.

Hi, im very interested in knowing why you put scorpio in the good love relationship list as in many sites and books the compatibility is usually described as a difficult one. Also you said something about rising signs having a huge impact on one's chart could you elaborate more as i am currently having trouble understanding which sign takes precedence in one's chart.

While I'm sorry to hear that, I can understand what you mean. I am also a Libra and sometimes find that when one writes about the Sun sign, that things get a little cliche. That said; please try our Libra Women article. You may find that more to your liking.
