Hi Tess,
No problem, but you didn't tell me if this is a love, career or general question, so I'll try to give you as many options (in terms of the cards) as possible. Consider:
- Ten of Cups: This is a great card because it means happiness and feeling an abundance of everything. You are starting out your question/journey from a good place.
- The Hierophant: This is card is associated with culture, education and groups. So, perhaps you are thinking of making a career change into the education system or are join a group of some sort? The card also represents following as established, set pattern. If this is a love question it can represent someone who is a member of some kind of "community".
- Wheel of Fortune: A fantastic card, but also the card of karma, and destiny. It can also represent a turning point of some kind, or a "vision". The card follows the Hierophant in this reading, so that tells me that whatever the Hierophant is representing in your reading is seen, by you, as "fated" somehow or a part of your destiny.
- 10 of Swords: This card can represent sacrifice or feeling as if you are a martyr- doing something for the greater good, but still feeling like a victim.
- 5 of Swords: Usually when we see this card it signals a fight, discord of some kind or being in a hostile environment. Perhaps the action you want to take causes hostility for others/someone else?
- Queen of Wands: Wands represent creativity, and since it's the queen, the complete control over that creativity. This also tells me that no matter what, you are cheerful and optimistic about the future. You are energetic and are capable, and willing, to face the problems that may come your way.
Please write back to tell us more or to ask another question. If not, we wish you good luck!

-- Contributed by: TessHi Bee,
First, Happy Birthday! I hope you do make a great go of it for your next 30 years!
I'm glad you told me what spread you drew.
- The Magician: At the beginning of this journey you drew the Magician. This means the ability to create (notice how his wand his held up to the sky). On the table in front of him, you can see all of the various things he has control over. This literally means that you have the power to create your destiny.
- Ten of Pentacles: This might be some form of money coming to you from somewhere (I know you said that you need to make money), but is it possible that you are waiting for some kind of check? If not, perhaps a gift of some sort? Anyway, whatever it is, you will be feeling very wealthy for some reason. On the other hand, it could just be that you have money on the mind.
- The Fool: This means having to learn anew. So you will literally be learning new things, and going on a journey of some sort. Any time you see one of the Pages in a spread it means having to learn something. If you did apply to a job (or are waiting to hear back), whatever it is, it will be something new.
- Princess of Cups: This is interesting because cups always mean love or emotion, and this particular female figure is often associated with children. This is a very loving card, so maybe you are looking back fondly at all the love you've had in your life (especially in terms of the kids?). This card also denotes pregnancy- do you know anyone who is pregnant, or do you have to care for any of your grandkids?
- Ace of Swords: I think you will take that journey. The reason I say this is because you didn't just get a sword card, you got the ace of swords. This in mean that something will be said that will "cut"- perhaps ties, bonds. Also, these cards tend to be associated with the "divine", so maybe something external will happen that will push you to do something dramatic.
You also said that you want to make money, and I'm curious if you have a lot of verbal ability or writing ability because swords are associated with that. I can't say that you should move one, but only what the cards say. I hope this has helped and feel free to write us back. We wish you the best of luck!

-- Contributed by: BeeHi Dee,
First, thank you for the question. Okay, here's what I see:
- 10 of Pentacles: This card usually represents having abundance, and since it appeared in the first position, it can represent that situation right now or how you feel about the situation right now. You may feel very hopeful, etc.
- 10 of Swords: This would be an influence that is coming into the situation. Here, it means feeling completely exhausted, drained. It can even mean feel betrayed.
- 2 of Pentacles: This would be your response to the 10 of swords, or in other words, what happened. For example, if you feel betrayed, or exhausted, your response to that situation would be the 2 of Pentacles. This card means "still working". So, you are standing on two things you've already accomplished (the two coins on the bottom of the card), you are working on something right now, and will, or have something in your mind that you are also working on.
- Ace of Pentacles: The aces usually mean divine intervention. This is an influence that will be coming in the future.
- 8 of Swords: This is a card that tells us that one feels "bound", like they can speak what they truly feel. So, you may feel limited in what you can say.
- King of Pentacles: This is a great card because it usually means having plenty, having a lot of "stuff".
- The Lovers: As you can probably imagine, getting this card in a love reading is great! The chances then are very good that romance is afoot!
Also, it's interesting that you got so many pentacles in your reading- do you work with finances, or like someone who does? Please keep in mind the swords usually involves verbal communication. Thank you for the question, and best of luck!

10 of Pentacles, 10 of Swords, 2 of Pentacles, Ace of Pentacles, 8 of Swords, King of Pentacles, The Lovers
-- Contributed by: DeeHi Eve,
Here's a breakdown of what that reading may mean:
- Eight of cups: Seeking a deeper meaning, especially in love (cups represent emotions).
- The Sun: Success, hopeful, joy
- Knight of Pentacles: Working hard, stubborn, having to do with/thinking about money.
- The Star: Looking to the future, insight, unexpected help.
- Four of Cups: Again, emotion; this time going within, self-absorption.
- Four of Swords: Resting, needing to take a break.
- The Emperor: Authority, or an authority figure. It could also represent you feeling "boxed in".
- King of Wands: Feeling creative, inspired and bold.
We hope this helps, but since we don't know the question, it's difficult to put context around the cards. That said, thanks for posting here and we wish you good luck!
