That might be because the Chinese birth chart is based on lunar calendar dates that differ from western date. Here's a link to a site that addresses the conversion: Chinese birth chart.

I was doing this all the wrong way untill a friend from my work explained to me that if you are 28 at conception but you will be 29 at birth then you must go by 29 and it actually works that way otherwise it doesn't work.. it's worked on my first two now i have to see if this one will be accurate also.. i concieved the last day of feb. or the first day of mar. so i'm hoping it was more mar. so we have the chance of having a girl since we have our 2 boys...
