No problem! You have Aquarius rising (just so you know) and your 5th house (which rules romance) is in Cancer, so that means that you are attracted to Cancer people romantically (they are easy to spot; can be quiet/sensitive etc).

You've got quite a lucky chart! Now, we don't have a time of birth, so we can't look at the houses, but we can see the major aspects and your moon and sun signs.

Now, for your moon sign (which is in Libra, read Moon Signs because it will tell you more.

Now, for the chart, here's what I see:

Sun conjunction Venus: Probably very pretty or people see you that way. You like things that are beautiful and hate to see people fight.

Sun trine Jupiter: Very lucky, especially when it comes to money. You may always find that you are "saved just in the nick of time". You are also pretty happy-go-lucky, and generous.
Moon square Mercury: For some reason, you don't always express what you feel. Maybe it's because you feel that others don't expect that from you, or you feel the need to conform to others opinions in some way.
Moon trine Mars: You are passionate and that's great! You can also get angry in an explosive way, especially if you feel that you aren't being listened too.
Mercury conjunction Uranus and Neptune: What a great placement! You may get a lot of unexpected thoughts, have a unique perspective on things, and may even be a little bit (or a lot) psychic!
Mars trine Saturn: This is a tough and disciplined aspect. Perhaps there is someone in your life that is very tough on you or expects you to behave in a certain way?

Sure thing! Okay, first, you have both Taurus rising and as a moon sign. This means that you are very grounded, and are no fly-by-night individual. You would be very "Taurean" in your outlook, meaning that you like facts, and you are not comfortable with change.

That said, you have a quite a grounded chart- your Mars is in Scorpio and your Mercury is in Capricorn- so you like to think things through and you are very "fixed" when you make up your mind.

The monkey wrench in all of this is that your Venus is in Aquarius- this means that you actually love/are attracted to change, or individuals that represent that. Thanks a lot. Well.. I must say, things have been going REALLY well. He's a very charming individual. Not my typical "type" so to speak, but everything I'm looking for & more. Unfortunately, I won't be able to take a look at his chart because I don't know where your Sag was born, but I can look into your chart.

Your sun makes a number of interesting aspects with Mercury (love of talking/writing), Neptune (a dreamy outlook, perhaps very intuitive), Pluto (strong, determined, intrigued by the "darker" aspects of life).

Your moon opposes Mars (anger) and trines your ascendant (you let that anger show). You may also come across as pretty emotional.

Finally, your Venus sextiles the ascendant and conjuncts mars, so getting the attention of the opposite sex shouldn't be a problem!

You have a lot of Libra in your chart (except the moon which is in Pisces), so that would make you attracted to the gregarious nature of Sagittarius, but without his place of birth, I can't compare the two.

First, please see our Seduce a Libra Man article. This may be able to help you to get him to see you as more than a friend.

To answer your question, based on just the sun signs (Sagittarius and Libra) there should be a connection. Don't take him seeing you as just a friend so seriously- because you are Sag, you may just be giving off that vibe. Why don't you try sending out a flirtier vibe, like touching him gently on the shoulder when you talk to him or looking up at him from under your lashes?
