Two characteristics strongly associated with Capricorn are ambition and drive, but these traits have their roots in the male’s family.

To continue, this lends and austere personality to Capricorn that can sometimes come across as "uppity" or "standoffish", but this is really just Capricorns upholding their family beliefs of strength and keeping a "stiff upper lip".

A new fourteen year cycle is just beginning for Capricorn. Pluto, Scorpio’s ruler, has now moved into Capricorn after a long thirteen year stay in Sagittarius. This aspect will now radically transform the way Capricorn thinks and how they look at the world. Pluto’s job is to "unearth", but this is an excruciatingly long process.
From now and into the next decade and beyond, Capricorn men will begin questioning the value’s they were raised with, and after a time, decide what elements to keep and what best to be rid of.
