Brezny also lent his musical talents to an album released by the band Tao Chemical in 1983. (One of Tao Chemical's claims to fame was that the band once played continuously for 71 hours!)

Rob Brezny has also turned his attention to public service by running for city council in Santa Cruz in 1988. His platform included the following:

• Solving the problem of homelessness during his lucid dreams
• Immigration quotas for yuppies
• Having liberals and conservatives settle their differences through mudwrestling matches

Money was raised for the campaign through $0.25 breakfasts held in Seven-Eleven parking lots. In the week before the election, Brezny's campaign started to pick up a lot of support, and the candidate responded by taking out an ad in the newspaper explaining why voters should not vote for him.

In 2000, Brezny developed "Sacred Uproar", which has been described as a "pagan revival show". During the show, audience members are invited to marry themselves. The idea behind the "marriage" is that unless and until we truly love ourselves, we are unlikely to find the right partner or have the type of romantic relationship we really want.

As you might surmise by now, Rob Brezny is quite a character. This is probably what makes his horoscopes so vivid and entertaining.
