- The mother's age at conception
- The month the baby was conceived
Armed with these details, all you have to do is choose the appropriate age, and follow the chart across to the month of conception to learn the most likely sex of the baby in question.
In addition to using the chart to predict the sex of a child you've already conceived, you can also consult the chart beforehand to determine your best months to conceive your choice of boy or girl. Finally, you can consult the chart to align your child's gender with your preferred Chinese astrological sign by waiting to conceive until your age and target conception month both coincide with the appropriate year.
